Pastor Ron Kelly has served the Seventh-day Adventist Church with unwavering commitment for over four decades. Known for his clear biblical preaching, pastoral leadership, and vision for revival, he has dedicated his life to preparing a people for the soon return of Christ.
Pastor Kelly recently concluded his ministry as the senior pastor of Village Seventh-day Adventist Church in Berrien Springs, Michigan, where his leadership helped establish a strong emphasis on mission, family, health, and biblical faithfulness.
Throughout his ministry, Pastor Kelly has championed the pillars of the Advent movement—uplifting the Three Angels’ Messages, the Spirit of Prophecy, and the sanctity of true education. His passion for restoring God’s image in humanity is now being carried forward through the work of AMI (Advent Mission Institute), a ministry dedicated to evangelism, health, and education.
Though the road has not always been smooth, Pastor Kelly has seen how God can turn trials into triumphs, using what was meant for evil to fulfill His divine purpose.

Daniel Bacchiocchi
Executive VP, Founding Member
Daniel Bacchiocchi has been serving the design and construction industry for over 37 years. He is a licensed Architect in several states, a licensed contractor in Michigan, and a Certified Construction Manager. He has extensive experience in facility development and operations, and has overseen the development of projects exceeding $200M in construction value.
In his spare time Daniel enjoys spending time outdoors. Favorite activities include, skiing, scuba diving and camping. He and his wife Michelle, have two grown children and two grandchildren.

John Dronen
Founding Board Member
John has called the Berrien area home for over four decades, where he completed both his secondary and college education, ultimately earning a degree in physical therapy. Along the way, his education and character were shaped by valuable hands-on experience in construction, auto body work, and mechanics.
John has been married to his wife, Paula, for over 30 years, and together they have raised four wonderful children. He is a long-standing member of the Village Seventh-day Adventist Church, where he currently serves as head elder. John has a deep passion for mission work, both locally and abroad, and is committed to serving others through faith and practical service. He also enjoys outdoor recreational pursuits, including hiking, camping, and boating.

Dan C. Hansen
Field Representative
Dan C. Hansen is honored to be part of the AMI team. He brings decades of leadership experience in facilities management, camp ministry, and donor relations within Seventh-day Adventist institutions.
Prior to joining AMI, Dan served at Andrews University as Manager of Plant Services and Custodial Departments. He then went on to the Michigan Conference, where he served as Manager of Camp Au Sable, followed by ten years with the Rocky Mountain Conference as Director of Camp Ministries at Glacier View Ranch.
Responding to God’s leading, Dan later joined The Voice of Prophecy, serving as a Donor Relations Field Representative and completing training as a Planned Giving and Trust Services Officer.
Dan has been married to his wife, Julia, for 40 years. They have one daughter, a son-in-law, and two beloved grandchildren. In his free time, Dan enjoys golf, RV camping, hiking—and especially spending time babysitting his grandchildren.

Toni Minikus
Administrative Coordinator
Toni Minikus has served in ministry with Pr. Kelly for nearly fifteen years, most of which has been in administrative lines. Prior to this she served as a Bible worker in the Michigan, Indiana, and Iowa conferences, with the Radiant Living young adult evangelism team in Canada, and with Amazing Facts’ Empowered Church program as a church coach.
When not giving Bible studies, Toni enjoys gardening, hiking, visiting her parents at the “home place” in Iowa, and endeavoring to keep her apartment in order for small group meetings.

R. Allen Hoffman, MD, MPH

Dr. R. Allen Hoffman, MD, MPH, is a practicing physician and perpetual apprentice to the Great Physician, providing faith-based lifestyle medicine focused on bringing each patient back into harmony with their Creator’s design. Dr. Hoffman’s principle of practice is that optimum health and wellness is achieved when we follow His health harmony in our lives. Dr. Hoffman is passionate about the Adventist Health Message and its unique synergy, seeking spiritual, physical, and mental redemption as we are transformed into perfected living stones through the power of our God.
Dr. Hoffman grew up in New Jersey and Maryland, graduating from Highland View Academy and Andrews University before matriculating to Loma Linda University, School of Medicine. He is a 22-year veteran of the United States Navy where he served as a Flight Surgeon, Aircraft Carrier (CVN) Senior Medical Officer, Branch Head of Aerospace Medicine Programs at the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery during the COVID-19 pandemic, and Aerospace Medicine Specialist on the Vice Chief of Naval Operations Physiological Episodes Action Team. Dr. Hoffman is dual board certified in Aerospace and Occupational Medicine and is trained in public health, safety, human factors, and human performance.
When Allen is not working, he is serving in his local church, Beavercreek Ohio. He enjoys researching and growing medicinal herbs, classic car restoration, landscaping, and soccer. He is sought out to provide health and wellness lectures and as an advocate of religious liberty, he is continuously updating the threat picture to our inalienable liberty of conscience.
